Qualifications for the East Central Railway Bharti 2025
Particular eligibility requirements have been established for the applicants in order to guarantee equity and uniformity:
Qualifications in Education :
- Candidates must have earned at least 50% of the possible points from a recognized board after passing the 10+2 exam system for matriculation (10th class).
- It is required to have an NCVT/SCVT ITI certificate in the appropriate trade.
Maximum Age :
- 15 years old is the minimum age (as of January 1, 2025).
- 24 years old is the maximum age (as of January 1, 2025).
- SC/ST applicants are exempt for five years.
- OBC applicants: three years.
- Ten years for PwBD applicants (with further relaxations for OBC, SC, and ST candidates).
Apprentice Application Fee, RRC ECR Recruitment 2025
The following fees must be paid by candidates in order to apply online for the RRC ECR 1154 Apprentice Recruitment 2025:
- During the application procedure, a 100 naira non-refundable application fee must be paid online.
- The fee is waived for female applicants, PwBD, and SC/ST candidates.
Selction Process :
The RRC ECR 1154 Apprentice Recruitment 2025 selection procedure is solely based on merit. The merit list is created as follows:
- Equal weight is given to the average percentage of marks earned in the ITI exam and the Matriculation exam (with at least 50% aggregate).
- The older candidate is given advantage in the event of a tie.
- The candidate who completed matriculation earlier will be given preference if their dates of birth coincide.
Shortlisted individuals will then undergo a medical check and document verification. Meeting the Railways’ requirements for medical fitness is a prerequisite for final selection.
